Looks like the Absurdist Monthly Review is not going to be published for a while. Last issue was August 2009.

Personally I am sad about this but not surprised. Sometimes you just have to go out into the forest and climb a mountain and be a forest watcher for a while, like Jack Kerouac.

Then you discover you don't want to be a forest watcher and because the mice are eating all your food and you come down from the mountain and start interacting with people again.

There is a story review section for you to use. I don't want to be rude but if you are posting stories on TNA you should also be reviewing stories. This reminded me a few times of Doestoevesky's Underground Man in Notes From the Underground.
It is a stark, bleak and abject piece of fiction about those on the outside with a very authentic feel to it. I like a lot of the funnier stories on tna but can relate better to a first person POV tale of bleakness and nihilism. Possibly because I can relate to those. Some motherfucker lives in the dumpster by my building, I try to throw my shit out and he yells Get The Fuck Out of My House!...
